I am a Comorian maritime professional with experience in public communication, investment promotion, and environmental issues related to the maritime sector. I currently serve as Technical Advisor on environmental matters at the National Agency of Maritime Affairs (ANAM) in Comoros, where I support national efforts toward sustainable maritime development. I also act as the national focal point for MTCC Africa, promoting maritime technologies and capacity building for climate mitigation in the shipping sector.
I hold a Master’s degree in Maritime Law from the International Maritime Law Institute (IMLI) in Malta and a Master’s in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from the International Islamic University of Malaysia. I previously worked at the National Agency for the Promotion of Investments.
I have been actively involved in regional and international projects, including the Bandari-Bora initiative on climate-resilient port cities, marine biofouling management, and blue economy programs across Africa and the Indian Ocean. My work focuses on integrating environmental priorities into legal and policy frameworks in the maritime sector.
Fluent in French and English, I am known for my strong communication skills, adaptability in multicultural environments, and commitment to promoting sustainable ocean governance
