Ms. Nthia is an experienced maritime practitioner having served in the maritime sector for more than 17 years in various departments. She is grounded in maritime legislation and policy, maritime safety, maritime education and training, maritime human element, strategic planning and management, policy development, researcher on sustainable blue economy, maritime transport. She is an auditor under the IMO member State audit scheme (IMSAS).
